Farmer Updates
Dabrielle of My Daily Bread has several Gluten Free offerings in addition to her many and varied Organic Wheat based products! Be sure and check them out! The Spelt Tortillas are one of my favorites — delicious and versatile. Use as a wrap, toast or taco. These tasty discs make great ‘chips’ — fry in coconut oil, remove from skillet, lightly salt and munch — dipped in hummus maybe — or even one of Dabrielle Jams. Fabulous with her Cheese log! (just sayin’…)
Burnell Farms added Asparagus this week! It is fabulous sauteed or roasted!
